I extend a 0.5% rebate of the sales price to my clients for the purchase or sale of a home.  The rebate can be applied toward any non-transaction expenses (i.e. my personal HomeownerMaker repair services, inspections, survey, other contractors, cleaning, professional photography, staging, moving expenses, etc.) and the balance rebated to you after closing.
